Q: My child is 1 year old, and I would love to introduce a second language to him. Are your lessons age appropriate for him?
A: The guide is geared to teachers in a group classroom setting. For a baby that young, we highly recommend the Hop, Skip, and Sing Spanish CD https://www.analomba.com/product/hop-skip-and-sing-spanish-audio-cd/ Unfortunately, the CD packet is no longer available, but you can download the script and the soundtrack from that link.
Q: I am not a native Spanish speaker, but I have a decent command of the Spanish language. Would this program lead me to be able to teach preschoolers Spanish?
A: Yes, the guide can help you prepare your lessons even if you are not a native Spanish speaker, as long as you have at least an intermediate command of the language. There is also the Magic Worlds curriculum. The teaching units have all the examples written in Spanish (the explanations are in English). You can learn more about it at https://www.analomba.com/product-category/lesson-plans-curricula/

My Granddaughter is 4 years old and goes to 4K where they teach 90% spanish and 10% english. She has learned skills in spanish but they don’t teach them how to say it in english. Do you have teaching tools for this.

Dear Ms. Michalek,
Thank you for your inquiry. One of the best ways to support your granddaughter’s progress at home is by reading bilingual books together. In particular, dual language books that have the text side-by-side are optimal for your purpose. All of my books are like that. You can check them out at: http://www.analomba.com/product-category/childrens-books-cds/. I also offer story apps, but they are currently being updated. When finished, they will be available at http://www.analomba.com/magic-worlds-stories.
Best wishes,
Ana Lomba
